Brick Avenue Lofts Spin Class at FreeRide Studio

We’re so excited to be partnering with FreeRide to host an indoor cycling class! Make sure to RSVP – spots are limited! Class starts at 7, but be sure to show up at 6:45 to get fitted for your shoes!
Their signature ride will challenge your body, allowing you to break fitness barriers in an intense cardio workout. You will be riding to the beat with choreographed jumps, sprints, and hill climbs while combining weights for a full-body workout. Expect to be challenged and changed by the end of the class.
